Vince is Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience
predominately in a mid-tier firm, PKF.
He is well versed with small to medium sized business both unlisted and listed. His experience in the capital and debt markets is extremely deep.
Vince was the practice leader of the corporate finance division of PKF for several years. In addition, he was an audit and tax accounting partner covering a wide range of industries.
A key strength of Vince is that he has (and remains) an Executive Director of two small listed companies. This experience is considered invaluable to providing assistance to business owners generally.
Vince is also a registered company auditor and tax agent.
Kurt has is a manager at VFA. Previously, Kurt worked at PKF for 7 years.
With just under 10 years of experience in professional practice, Kurt has worked with a diverse range of clients,g from private groups, corporate entities, superannuation funds and high net worth individuals.
Kurt has advised these groups on a range of issues, including business entity and tax structuring, small business tax concessions, financial and cashflow forecasting. In addition, Kurt has assisted clients with transitioning their accounting and business processing to the cloud, which has provided them with access to real-time data. This has reduced time spent by business owners on their accounts function, allowing them to focus on their core business activity.
Kurt’s professional qualifications are Bachelor of Accounting from Macquarie University and a member of the Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.
